Preparing for Strengthed Aged Care Quality Standards

The strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, originally set to begin on 1st July 2025, have now been deferred until 1st November 2025 to align with the introduction of the new Aged Care Act.

At our home, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of care. That’s why we are continuing with our plans to implement the new standards from 1st July 2025, as originally scheduled. This proactive approach ensures we are fully prepared and that our residents and families benefit from the improved safeguards, services, and care practices as early as possible.

Your well-being remains at the heart of everything we do.

Complaints and Concerns

Your Voice Matters in Aged Care

At our aged care home, we’re committed to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care. If you or your loved one ever have a concern, we encourage you to speak up. Making a complaint or raising an issue helps us improve our services and ensure your needs are met. All concerns are taken seriously, handled with care and confidentiality, and will never affect the quality of care you receive. You can talk to a staff member, lodge a complaint anonymously, or contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission at any time. We're here to listen — because your wellbeing is our top priority.
